System and method for providing sensing data service which interworks sensor network and internet

A sensing data service providing system and method by cooperatively operating a sensor network and the Internet are provided to allow a sensor node installed in an area where Internet protocol communication is not possible to communicate with the Internet without allocating Internet protocol information. A sync node(510) includes a sensor processing module(511) for performing conversion of a data frame to transmit data between a sensor node(500) and a gateway(520). A database processing module(521) includes a node information table storing information of the sensor node and a binding table storing mapping information to transfer information between a host(530) and the sensor node. A gateway processing module(523) transmits a command with respect to the use of sensing data of a client, command performing results, and the sensing data to the host. A service processing module(522) processes message transmission with the sync node and processes information according to exchange of a message between the sync node and the host. A client processing module(533) requests node information of the sensor node from the gateway, and receives a service according to the request.
