대상 환경에서의 자동변속기 변속감 자동 매칭에 대한 연구

The shift quality of automatic transmission has been dealt as one of the most important factors in transmission quality evaluation in the aspect of shift smoothness and shift response. The so-called superb shift quality can be obtained by the optimized shift control, and this implies that the calibration data of hydraulic pressure and engine torque reduction should be performed with refinement in the process of shift in the transmission. In this paper, we propose the model-based calibration methodology of the automatic transmission by using DoE algorithm on the test bench environment before vehicle test stage. The development time and human resources required for the transmission calibration can be dramatically reduced, and, as a result, the robust calibration data set can be obtained by the fully-automated calibration method which is incorporated to the automatic shift quality metric system.
