Design of PSD data acquisition circuit based on SCM

According to the working principle and output characteristics of high - accuracy position sensitive detector(PSD),a digital acquisition circuit for PSD output signal was designed and built based on SCM technology. Its functions of digital conversion and acquisition for PSD output analog signal are realized by Atmega16 SCM,which controls the analog-to-digital conversion chip AD1674 and multiplex conversion chip AD7501. The circuit′s structure is simple,volume is small and cost is low. It is widely used in experiments of PSD output signal acquisition and simulation under the condition of laboratory. It lays the foundation for further research of PSD properties and applications.
