Comparative analysis of performance encryption and decryption open source procedures using OTP cryptographic class algorithms

OTP encryption algorithms are described. Implementation procedures for this algorithm are analyzed. Quality characteristics for performance evaluation are defined. Indicators associated with every characteristic are described. Data sets for testing are built. Measurements are effected for determining the indicators' values. Performance stability is analyzed for the implementation procedures.
