The Evaluation of Emergency Plans Based on Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets

A new method for assessing the emergency plans based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets is presented.First,the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy sets is put forward;the formula for measuring the distance between two intuitionistic fuzzy sets is given.Second,the indexes system for emergency plans evaluation is proposed,the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy positive-ideal point and intuitionistic fuzzy negative-ideal point are defined,and a new TOPSIS method for assessing the emergence plans is development.Finally,a numerical example shows that the method is valid.
