PURPOSE: A wearable robot and a motion learning method by using the same are provided to help people to acquire sign language while wearing the robot, thereby helping them to intuitively and easily acquire the sign language. CONSTITUTION: A wearable robot comprises a robot hand, a robot arm, multiple joints, a motor and an encoder, and a control unit. The multiple joints are arranged in the robot hand and the robot arm so that the user of the robot moves. The encoder measures the angles of the multiple joints. The control unit detects the movement of the user depending on the angles of the multiple joints measured by the encoder and records the trajectory of sign language motions. The control unit drives the motor depending on the recorded trajectory of sign language motions and learns the sign language motions.
