The calibrating method comprises the following steps of (1) inputting parameters of equipments; (2) calibrating parameter settings; (3) pre-measuring a booster circuit; (4) judging the pre-measurement result; (5) automatically measuring the error; (6) and finishing the whole process. By replacing manual control with computer control, the calibrating device achieves an automated on-site voltage transformer calibrating process and increases on-site calibration efficiency. Furthermore, the calibrating device can automatically judge the real load of the booster circuit, calculate the resonance parameters, monitor each-path parameters in a real-time manner and perform protection and control. Furthermore, on-site calibration safety is enhanced.
