Research on Allocation of Transmission Cost Based on Power Flow Tracing and Generalized Generation Distribution Factors

The reasonable allocation of transmission cost is the need of power grid corporation,of the users, also of the optimal allocation of resources. The transmission costs are first calculated by cost plus profit method and then divided into usage costs and security costs learning from the idea of advantage flow method.Undertaken by all users, usage costs are allocated by power flow tracing method, the apportionment factor who determines is always positive.Security costs are assessed only by the users to provide a positive flow.Determined by generalized generation distribution factors(GGDF) method, the positive flow users will be involved in security cost-sharing depended on the distribution factors determined by GGDF,or not to participate in the security cost-sharing.This method can both ensure the financial balance of the grid company and provide an incentive for the negative flow users. At last a 5-bus system is used to verify the effectiveness of this method.
