A method of factorization of the impulse-response matrix

The systems considered are linear, differential, strictly proper, of finite order, differentially controllable, and differentially observable, described by the impulse-response matrix W(t, \tau) . Using general results established by the author in a previous paper, a theorem is offered which makes it possible to determine two possible reduced-form factorizations of W(t, \tau) by means of differentiations.
