Electrode System for Plasma Source with Crossed Fields

Previous investigations of the pulse plasma Source with Crossed electrical and magnetic Fields (SCF) showed its availability as the source of plasma flow for Plasma Separation Process. The modified design of electrode system for the Stationary SCF is described. The results of numerical simulation of thermal conditions and deformation modes for the modified electrode system are presented.
