Information and communications technology (ICT) policy management towards enabling research frameworks

This paper discusses the topic “ICT Policy” that has captured very little attention to date. ICT policies are the crucial constituent of successful ICT utilization in an organization but yet their development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation is a challenging concern. This paper proposes a framework to shape further researches and the important considerations in conducting additional exploration on ICT policy.
