Flashing lighting device using gps, and time synchronizing method therefor

The present invention relates to a flashing lighting device using GPS, and a time synchronizing method therefor, the device comprising: a counter for counting a clock pulse signal outputted from a clock generation unit; a comparator for outputting a first signal when a value outputted from the counter reaches a set target value; an edge signal generator for outputting a second signal corresponding to a 1PPS signal outputted from a GPS receiving module; an OR processing unit for outputting a one-second generation signal when a first signal or a second signal is received; a switch unit for supplying or blocking power to the GPS receiving module; and a control unit controlling the switch unit such that a driving mode in which power is supplied to the GPS receiving module and a non-driving mode in which the power supply is blocked are carried out, adjusting the internal time in the driving mode such that the internal time is synchronized with a time outputted from the GPS receiving module by using the one-second generation signal, the second signal, and time data outputted from the GPS receiving module, updating the internal time by using the one-second generation signal in the non-driving mode, and controlling a lamp driving unit such that a lamp flashes if the current internal time corresponds to a set lamp flashing time.
