Using Flexible Chain to Eliminate Snaking of Sector-Shaped Conductor during the Cabling process

The main factor responsible for snaking of multicore power cables is too large pitch or parallely arranged conductors.Snaking is caused by different wound lengths of inner and outer conductors on a reel resulting in stretching of the outer conductors and compression of the inner conductors and often occurs at the front and rear cable ends.Connection of flexible chain to the inner and out cable ends as the pull wire during the cabling process can make the cabling pitch at the cable ends meet the process requirement and hence eliminate effectively snaking.
