A Research of Professional Pressure on Sports Teachers in Sport Colleges in China

By using the method of documentary,questionnaire,data statistics and interview,this paper makes investigation on current condition of the professional pressure on sports teachers in sport colleges in China.The result shows that sports teachers in sport colleges have heavy professional pressure.The pressure comes out of research assignment,work load,standard of occupation,students' safety in class,all kinds of examination and approval,treatment problems,the increasing number of students in class and the ability of foreign language.Most of teachers take positive attitude towards those problems,working hard to improve one's own abilities is a useful way to reduce pressure.
