Technique of heater assembly process efficiency improvement on the basis of lean manufacture concept

In this article technique of heater assembly process efficiency improvement on the basis of lean manufacture concept is considered, detailed analysis of each stage is carried out. Main types of manufacturing losses are described. Detailed study of technical process of heater production is considered, shortcomings are revealed at each stage. After analysis of condition and actions of the personnel, new sequence of operations, fully consistent with the concept of lean production, was developed. Comparative estimation of efficiency indicators is provided.
