Procedural management of CNC/automatic special process quality control

With extensive use of the automatic,digital technology in the aviation industry,special process equipment,process and operation have been gradually changed from manual/mechanical to CNC/automatic.It has significance that how to carry out special quality control and effective management for the development and production of the aircraft.This paper puts emphasis on analysis the quality control factors of CNC/automatic special process,such as shot peening,welding,heat treatment and surface treatment.The application of the quality control of CNC/automatic special process and implementation results in XAC are introduced in this paper.
