Saucer-like air vehicle longitudinal locomotion simple equation is obtained by analysis of the external force and moment of saucer-like air vehicle and by longitudinal locomotion hypothesis.Then longitudinal locomotion linear equation of the compound control system of the saucer-like air vehicle is obtained by small deviation linearization.A GPC controller has been designed for variety quality square and thrust vector compound control system of saucer-like air vehicle and carried on emulationl research,and was compared with classical PD controller.Simulation results show that the VSC controller has a better control performance.
