Network Complexity Measurement of Eco-industrial Symbiosis Network Growth

Discovering the network complexity characteristics of eco-industrial symbiosis network(EISN) growth is of great importance for promoting the construction and development of Eco-industrial Park.The network complexity measurement model of EISN growth was built based on the network complexity theory.Then Lubei eco-industrial park was taken as an example,and the Matlab software was employed to simulate and calculate the network complexity indexes of EISN of Lubei eco-industrial park in different development stages.The research results show that the emergence of network complexity is inhibited under the small number of network nodes in the initial stage of EISN;with the accession of new node enterprises,the network complexity of EISN gradually emerge,the small world and scale-free characteristics are displayed,in the meantime,the key nodes exhibit higher degree distribution and the probability of connection is far higher than other nodes.
