The system comprises a monitoring region inlet dynamic human face identification database, a monitoring region outlet dynamic human face identification database, a monitoring region inlet video monitoring sub system and a monitoring region outlet video monitoring sub system, wherein the monitoring region inlet video monitoring sub system is used for obtaining human face identification data and comparing the obtained human face identification data with the human face identification data in the monitoring region inlet dynamic human face identification database, after the comparison is successful, the human face identification data is deleted from the monitoring region inlet dynamic human face database, in addition, the human face identification data is added into the monitoring region outlet dynamic human face database, the monitoring region outlet video monitoring sub system is used for obtaining the human face identification data and comparing the obtained human face identification data with the human face identification data in the monitoring region outlet dynamic human face identification database, after the comparison is successful, the human face identification data is added to the monitoring region inlet dynamic human face database, and in addition, the human face identification data is deleted from the monitoring region outlet dynamic human face database.
