Train Operation Calculation Method of Rail Transit Based on Variable Step-Size Iterative Approximation

The existing methods have such problems as large calculation error,lo w calculation efficiency,application risks and so on.Therefore,a method for t rain operation calculation of rail transit based on variable step size iteration approximation was presented.According to train operation path,the guaranteed emergency braking limit points and stopping service braking points were determined to calculate train traction operation curve.Variable step size iteration approxima tion method was adopted to calculate the positions of guaranteed emergency braki ng trigger point and stopping service braking trigger point.The positions of gu aranteed emergency braking trigger point were taken as non-stopping service bra k ing trigger point positions.Based on these positions,train uniform speed opera tion curve,non-stopping service braking curve and stopping service braking cur v e were calculated.Thus,the most efficient train operation curve was shaped.Th is method was adopted for example calculation,and results show that both the ef ficiency and accuracy of train operation calculation are higher.The calculatio n results accord with the safety control principle for actual train operation.T he accuracy and efficiency of train operation calculation can be effectively con trolled through adjusting the threshold value of permissible position error.The calculated train operation curve basically coincides with the actual train oper ation curve.
