Vergleich der Auswirkungen auf den Designvorschlag durch Festigkeits- und Steifigkeitsoptimierung

Structural optimization becomes more and more important in the industry. Its application can occur in different ways. One of these ways is the topology optimization which uses the available space for a con- struction part and the boundary conditions in order to propose an optimum design for this specific task. How- ever, the term "optimum" is not unambiguous and can result in different outcomes, depending on the choice of the optimization method. Two possible methods are the OC-method, as a stiffness optimization method, and the SKO-method, as stability optimization method. Both methods are based on different target functions because of which the results differ. A comparison shall show that the choice of both the optimization method and the optimization parameters has a large influence on the result and therefor has to be made application- oriented.
