A thermal model of the human eye is constructed using the new developed computational model. Weighted extended basis splines in the finite element method is employed to calculate the steady-state temperature distribution in a normal human eye. In this paper, the results are verified with experimental results obtained by previous studies on human as well as animal eyes with finite element computational results. Among the results existed in the literature, it appears that the new method gives better agreement than the previous computational methods.
