Online Demagnetization Monitoring of Dual Y Shift 30 Degree Six-phase Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

This paper presents an online demagnetization monitoring model for dual Y shift 30 degree six-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). A demagnetization model of a six-phase PMSM is established. By taking d-q-z1-z2 axis current as the selected state vector and d-q-z1-z2 axis voltage as system input, a Luenberger sliding-mode observer is constructed, and the model for real-time estimation of permanent magnet flux linkage is established, to realize online demagnetization monitoring. The proposed model can accurately track the real condition of permanent magnet, based on which serious permanent magnet deterioration can be avoided and furthermore escalate the operating reliability of PMSM. The efficiency of the proposed model is demonstrated through simulation analysis.
