Temperature controller of microfluidic PCR based on sectional lead correction

According to temperature control requirement of microfluidic PCR,a sectional lead correction temperature controller is designed.Aiming at the dynamic characteristics of controlled object,the performance of system is improved by using lead correction.The parameters of controller are adjusted according to the temperature error so as to conduct fast response when temperature error is large and precise control when the error is small. Experimental results show that sectional lead correction temperature controller not only improve the response rate but also reduce the steady state error.The average heating and cooling rate of the system are 4.46 ℃ /s and 4.36℃ /s respectively,steady state error is not more than 0.5 ℃,and the system is successfully applied in microfluidic PCR experiment.
