Injection Locked Oscillator: A Review

Abstract The paper discusses on the fundamentals of the injection locked oscillator. Starting from the Adler's approach of the injection locked oscillator to the Razavi's model of the injection locked oscillator is discussed in details. Experimental results are also incorporated in support of the analytical results.
