A Security Architecture fore-Health Services

Thispaperpresents analternative waytosecure communications in e-health. Duringthe communication processes, usersexchange different typesofinformation with different levels ofsensitivities. Forexample, communications between adoctor andapatient contain dataofhigher levels of sensitivities thancommunications between asocial workeranda nurse. Thedifferent levels ofthesensitivities oftheinformation aresecured byusing different types ofsecurity processes. Inthis paper, these different communication typesanddifferent levels ofdatasensitivities ine-health areexplained, therequirements foreachtypeforcommunications aredescribed andtheuseof thecryptography tosecure thecommunication isdiscussed. Keywords-E-health Security, data sensitivity, online communications.
