FEM 해석을 이용한 유럽법규 Luggage Security Test 대응 Rear Seat Back Frame 설계방안에 대한 연구

Crashworthiness is a basic requirement in vehicle development process. Especially seat backs that constitute the boundary of luggage compartment shall have sufficient strength to protect occupants from displaced luggages in a frontal impact. In this paper, at first, the strength of seats and their anchorages, performed in CAE analysis, are evaluated. Then deformation movement of them are analyzed. Finally appropriate design, as countermeasure, are operated.
