Intelligent detecting system and method for frequency conversion controller of air conditioner

The invention discloses a frequency-variable controller intelligent detection system of air conditioner and a relative method, wherein the intelligent detection system is composed of a lower computer for outing information to the frequency-variable controller to test and a host computer connected with the lower computer, the lower computer is the information receiver of an object system, the host computer is provided with a duty parameter control database provided with a refrigerating system, the host computer compares the information obtained from the lower computer with the information of the database to judge the working state of the refrigerating system, uses the processed information to simulate the characters of sensor, and feeds relative output value to the lower computer, the lower computer converts the received information into simulate information to be feedback to the frequency-variable controller. The invention can obtain the property of whole frequency-variable air conditioner system to provide a detection method for frequency-variable air conditioner factory and support domestic frequency-variable air conditioner development. The frequency-variable controller detection system can be used to detect industrial automatic frequency-variable controller.
