Los recursos intangibles como factores de competitividad de la empresa

En este trabajo se pretende destacar la importante contribucion de los recursos intangibles al exito competitivo de la empresa. Se distinguen y estudian cuatro grandes categorias de recursos inmateriales: capital humano, capital organizativo, capital tecnologico y reputacion. Posteriormente, se realiza un analisis en detalle de las diferentes propiedades que explican su importante valor estrategico. Por ultimo, se revisan los resultados obtenidos en diversos estudios empiricos con respecto a la influencia de los recursos intangibles sobre la competitividad y los beneficios de la empresa.
