Pneumoperitoneum without faecal peritonitis in a patient with pseudomembranous colitis.

Une observation tres rare: colite pseudomembraneuse chez une malade ayant recu des antibiotiques prophylactiques a l'occasion d'une prothese de hanche. La malade presente un pneumoperitoine sans peritonite. L'explication serait une transsudation de gaz mais non de liquides a travers les parois coliques tres amincies mais non perforees
