The steps executed by the monitoring server comprise: storing curve information corresponding to all monitoring data needing to be monitored in advance, and performing classification and initialization configuration on the curve information; sending the curve information after the configuration to an analog machine server; obtaining name information of a curve needing to be monitored, sent by a monitoring end; according to the name information of the curve needing to be monitored, obtaining data of the curve needing to be monitored on the analog machine server in real time; comparing the obtained data with finally stored data, if the obtained data is different from the finally stored data, storing the obtained data; if the obtained data is the same as original data, not storing he obtained data; and sending the finally stored data to the monitoring end for recording and displaying. According to the invention, the data can be played together with monitoring images through cooperation, the monitoring end more visually and concretely monitors operation conditions of an analog machine end, and teaching of teachers for students is facilitated.
