This paper investigates the sensitivity test of personal computers due to voltage sags and the complex uncertainty involved in the sensitive events in details. Considering that uncertainty is the major factor that influences the accuracy of equipment sensitivity assessment, this paper uses entropy as the measurement and proposes a hybrid entropy model to measure the complex uncertainty. Uncertainty features are extracted and equipment sensitivity is evaluated. Finally, about ten thousand of testing results are taking as testing data to verify the above method. Experimental result shows that hybrid entropy can reflect the complex uncertainty in equipment sensitive events and extract its uncertainty features effectively. It also can reveal the problem from a different angle and has good applicability.
