Ultrasound system and method for providing biometry information of fetus

Disclosed are an ultrasound system and method for providing biometry information of a fetus (preferably, for providing biometry information of a fetus by graphs). The ultrasound system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a ultrasound data obtaining unit operating to obtain ultrasound data corresponding to a living body including a fetus, a storage unit storing criteria information corresponding to a plurality of measurement items; and a processor operating to form an ultrasound image by using ultrasound data, to perform a biometry measurement on the ultrasound image to form biometry measurement information including biometry measurement items for a fetus and measurement values, to calculate the measurement values by percentile or percentage, and form a graph corresponding to the biometry measurement information of the fetus by using the percentile or percentage based on the reference information.
