Research on e-commerce system based on iPlanet middle-ware technology and its applications

With the prevalence of e_commerce based on Internet technology, the traditional Client/Server two_layer architecture is not applicable to the requirement of more complicated and flexible large_scale business, and is being gradually replaced by three_layer or multilayer architectures, among which the three_layer architecture adopting application server as its middle_ware has been applied widely in e_commerce system. The popular iPlanet middle_ware technology is mainly discussed in this paper. By a system of electronic commerce system, supporting Web was designed by combining the opening, cross_console and cross-language capabilities of the iPlanet middle_ware integrated framework.
