Dynamic simulation analysis for driving system of spindle assembly

Specific to the failure style of meshing bevel gear of drive system in the spindle assembly,3D modeling and virtual assembling for the spindle is done in the UG software,and parameterized model for driving system of the spindle assembly is finished,which force analysis is executed as well.With conversion interface between UG and ADAMS,dynamic simulation analysis for bevel gear is carried out in ADAMS,which result is applied to analyze the stress of the bevel gear in ANSYS software.Thus a cloud diagram showing stress distribution of the gear is obtained.The performance parameters obtained may provide reference for future research.
