Study of the Coupling of a Photovoltaic Central to the Electrical Network and Movement of Energy

Publisher Summary This chapter discusses basis structure constituted by a photovoltaic power plant connected to an electrical network through an inverter and a line of energy transfer. The first part of the chapter describes the modeling of the different organs of the structure. In the second part, the permanent regime of the system is described; notably the variation of energy in function of the two essential variables of command that are the cyclic ratio α and the load angle δ. In the third part, structure of a command based on the control of the active and reactive power adjustment is given. Finally the performance and the limit of the functioning of the structure are considered.
