Modifications of Supraglottic Resection of the Larynx

The principle of conservation surgery for supraglottic carcinoma of the larynx is widely accepted. However, we are not yet through the period of techniqual improvement as recently was suggested by Ogura (1979). Our personal modifications are the following.
