Monolithic RC all-pass networks with constant-phase-difference outputs

All-pass network techniques have made it possible to realize very small monolithic lumped active phase shifters with decade bandwidths, high yield, and relative phase stability, even when the device parameters vary ± 20 percent. We have successfully demonstrated fully monolithic first-order networks (at 250 MHz) and second-order networks (at 4 GHz).
