Decentralized control of two-player systems with communication delay: A suboptimal solution

This paper studies the decentralized output-feedback control of a two-player system with communication delay. A new controller structure is considered. Under this controller structure, the subsystem only needs to estimate its own subsystem state. The estimated system state is computed by Kalman filter. The gains of the controller are constructed by an algorithm. The algorithm is proposed based on the gradient method. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the proposed result.
