The Analysis of Electric and Temperature Field with a Semianalytic Method for Dielectrophoresis Micro-fluidic Chip

Abstract In this paper, we present a semi-analytic approach to obtain the electric and temperature field distribution by parallel electrodes. The solution is explained in the form of Fourier series and weighted kernel function. Compared with commercial software COMSOL, semi-analysis method improves the simulation accuracy and reduces calculating complexity obviously.
