Research on Static Load Test of Long Span Suspension Bridge

The method, content and scheme of static loading test of long span suspension bridge are presented in this paper, and the calculating method for theoretical values of some test items(the tension of the sling, the tension of cable on anchorage span etc.) is discussed. Then, the assessment of the tested bridge is concluded by camparing testing data with theoretical values.
