Optimized Operation of the Circulating Water System with Dual-Pressure Condenser

Operation principles of dual-pressure condenser was introduced and the determination method of optimization target of circulation water system-optimal vacuum was also presented.Calculation and analysis of circulating water system of a 600 MW unit were carried out,and optimized operation mode of circulating water system at different conditions and relationship between net benefits and inlet water temperature were obtained.Results show that the optimal operation mode of circulating water system with dual-pressure condenser is different from that with single-pressure condenser.When the inlet circulating water temperature increased to a certain value,the net benefit of the circulating water system with dual-pressure condenser is higher than that with single-pressure condenser.The higher the unit load is,the wider the economical range with dual-pressure condenser than that with the single pressure condenser.
