To set up and innovate employee's training system in a construction enterprise

To realize long-term and continuable development, an enterprise must not only make efforts to establish and translate into a study-type organization, but fully exert active function of training and set up effective training system as well. The foundation and important tache to set up a study-type organization are doing well employee's training in a modern enterprise. Meanwhile the system and training of an enterprise must be innovated continuously. The following is my point of view briefly set forth the action and the retroaction to set up employee's training system.
