Contributions to the Optimal Use of Human Blood

Abstract. A C1 esterase inhibitor concentrate was prepared in large quantities from fresh human plasma. After removal of the cryoprecipitate and prothrombin complex, the inhibitor was adsorbed batchwise onto an anion‐exchanger.
