A Case of Non Small Cell Lung Cancer with Acute Myelocytic Leukemia after Chemotherapy and Radiation Therapy.

症例は62歳の男性.1988年6月に胸部X線写真上異常陰影を指摘され, 扁平上皮肺癌 (Stage IIIb) と診断.CV療法 (CDDP, VDS) 3クールとその後60Gyの放射線療法を施行された.退院後, 約2年間再発徴候なく外来にて経過観察されていたが, 1990年9月に汎血球減少と末梢血中に幼弱細胞が認められ再入院.精査にて染色体異常を伴った急性骨髄性白血病 (M2) と診断した.ただちにBHAC-DMPと少量のAra-Cにて治療されたが治療効果得難く, 入院4週間後に肺炎のため死亡した.非小細胞肺癌の化学療法と放射線療法後に白血病を発症した症例であり, 二次性白血病が強く示唆された.非小細胞肺癌の治療後に二次性白血病を発症した症例は極めて稀であり, 若干の文献的考察を加えて報告した.
