All-optical switching effects in a passive GaAs/GaAlAs multiple-quantum-well waveguide resonator

All-optical switching has been observed in a passive GaAs/GaAlAs MQW waveguide resonator at room temperature, and we have shown that the mechanism responsible for the switch is not due to thermal effects.
