Emotion Recognition of Speech Signals Based on the Immune Radial Basis Function Networks

A hybrid algorithm to design the RBF network is proposed,so as to overcome the shortcomings that the back propagation neural networks(BPNN) have low rate of correct identification and the training process is slow.On the basis of the extraction of the speech signal features the immune radial basis function(IRBF) network and the network BP are trained.By comparing the RBF network with the BP network,the computer simulations demonstrate that the RBF network designed in this method has better performance.
