Revisão integrativa sobre fatores que facilitam e d ificultam a aprendizagem gerencial nas organizações Integrative review about factors that facilitate an d hinder the managerial learning in organizations

The field study of management learning has become a scene of proficuous scientific research. Despite the importance of the topic for o rganizational studies, studies in Brazil are still incipient. The objective of this paper is to present some results from an integrative review of the literature on management learning, and build a framework of knowledge about factors that facilitate and hinder managerial learning in o rganizations. The results show that the field of organizational theories, management learning beg ins its process of emergence, advent of new management theories. Despite being an area of s cience studies the adminstration highly regarded internationally in Brazil, still requires research both at the theoretical level, as at the empirical level. It is hoped that this work wit h the theme of managerial learning in organizational studies encourage further academic r esearch on the national level.
