The EM Algorithm for Layered Dynamic Textures

A layered dynamic texture is an extension of the dynamic texture that contains multiple state processes, and hence can model video with multiple regions of dieren t motion. In this technical report, we derive the EM algorithm for the two models of layered dynamic textures.
