Resource allocation method and user equipment

Disclosed are a resource allocation method and a user equipment. The method comprises: a first user equipment determining a first resource; and the first user equipment sending at least one occupation signal within the first resource, wherein the at least one occupation signal is used for indicating occupation of the first resource. Through sending an occupation signal within a resource that is selected to be occupied to indicate occupation of the resource, the resource allocation method and the user equipment of embodiments of the present invention can effectively avoid resource competition between different user equipment or between different user groups, and can effectively improve user experience.
